Responsible for technical documentation including creation & maintenance of part numbers, and associated documents including CAD drawings, creation & maintenance of product structures, and preparation & execution of Engineering Records (ERs). This position receives direction from departmental management, assists with part number & product structure strategies, works in a team environment, and facilitates data management & communication. The position is responsible for supporting day-to-day activities in the Documentation Group.
The Manufacturing Engineer reports directly to the Engineering Manager. The primary responsibility of this position includes planning the utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve the efficiency of operations. The Manufacturing Engineer position duties encompass developing, installing and maintaining cost effective methods of manufacturing operating standards.
Responsible for all aspects of die making which includes, but is not limited to maintenance, repairs, changeovers, fabricating new parts, fixtures and machine work. Types of dies include progressive, blanking, 2 station hand transfer, compound forming and draw dies.
The primary responsibility of the Production Manager is directing efficient manufacturing processes, leading teams, ensuring company policies and procedures to produce the highest quality product to meet customer requirements. The position duties encompass effectively managing all facets of the assembly processes.
The Manufacturing Engineer will plan, design, and implement production systems that assure safety, performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence, cost control and quality assurance. The Manufacturing Engineer will strive to implement lean processes that increase productivity, reduce in-process inventory, increase quality, and generate overall continuous improvement of manufacturing and production support systems. The Manufacturing Engineer will provide support to the new product development process in order to insure that DFM principals are adhered to.
