  • Overview

    Provides technical assistance and operational support to BUNN internal & external customers both over the phone and via email


    • Receives telephone calls from customers and provides technical assistance and operational support for all Bunn equipment.
    • Determine warranty coverage for applicable Bunn products.
    • Communicate with customers in a professional manner to resolve service and product related issues.
    • Provide product analysis information so corrective action can be implemented.
    • Becomes knowledgeable about water chemistry, coffee brewing processes, and beverage equipment operation.
    • Actively participate in Quality Improvement Teams.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.


    • Associate Degree or vocational training in electrical/mechanical areas or related experience
    • previous experience in customer service
    • demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, repair and service electromechanical equipment
    • CFESA certification
    • Bunn Certified Technician status
    • refrigerant handling certification and experience repairing refrigeration devices
    • possess the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
    • excellent telephone manners
    • working knowledge of computers, including Windows and Microsoft applications
    • goal oriented
    • highly motivated and self-confident with a positive attitude
    • strong organizational skills.
